Last week, celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels dissed the Keto Diet pretty hard. Jillian doesn’t understand why anyone would think Keto is a good diet in general and she explained her reasoning. While Keto seems like such a strange diet (to me), I do believe that if you have certain conditions and you’re under the supervision of doctors and dietitians, perhaps Keto works for you and God bless.
