RHOBH Star Dorit Kemsley Is Only Renting New $6 Million Home Amid Mounting Money Problems

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley and her husband PK have moved out of the 90210 and into a $6 million mansion in the Valley. However, Doris and PK’s massive money problems mean that they didn’t purchase the new home, they are just renters.

The Real Housewives of the Westside podcast on Patreon broke the news that Doris and PK didn’t buy the Encino home that Doris teased during the RHOBH Season 9 reunion.

#RHOBH this says the house they currently live in is partially owned by another person who is a business partner of PK. Sooo… another lie. They don't own their home …they had help… GRIFTERShttps://t.co/5hlip2pobm

“We are looking for a new home, which I’m really excited about. I think I might find myself close to Kyle!” said Dorit.

According to the podcast, an anonymous wealthy person in Los Angeles owns the home, along with three other properties on the street. Variety reported that it is a new, luxurious farmhouse-style home that is worth $6.475 million and sits on .36 acres in a “primo pocket” of a posh Encino neighborhood with views of the San Fernando Valley basin.

At first, multiple reports claimed that Doris and PK had purchased the home. But, the podcast says the court records show the name of the actual owner, and the home is in a much better location than Kyle Richards’ house which is near Ventura Boulevard.

Now that Dorit has moved, only Teddi Mellencamp, Erika Jayne, and Lisa Rinna live in the glamorous zip code. Dorit joins Kyle Richards, Denise Richards, and Camille Grammar as cast members who do not live in Beverly Hills.

Dorit and PK are in all kinds of financial and legal trouble because of alleged unpaid debts. They will be in court on September 5th to find out if a judge will give Nicos Kirzis access to their frozen bank account. Kirzis is a creditor who sued PK after he failed to pay back a $1.2 million loan.

PK attempted to bankrupt the debt, but after paying $250,000, Kirzis says that he still owes more than $1.2 million because of the interest that has accrued over the years.
